  4.   WinBag may be installed using the standard MicroSoft Setup procedure.
  5.  Copy all files to a floppy disk or to a work directory on the hard
  6.  disk. Then run the WinBag Setup from Windows.

  8.   WinBag tools are written in Visual Basic version 2.0, therefore,
  9.  require the run-time DLL VBRUN200.DLL. If you do not have VBRUN200.DLL,
  10.  most BBSs have the file downloadable separately (look for VBRUN200.ZIP).
